Booking Form Information

As many of the weekends fully book very quickly it is advisable not to delay sending off your deposits, as all places are reserved on a 'first come' basis. It is always possible to send in another booking form if you wish to add someone else to the party at a later date. I will always contact you if there are any problems.

Most members book directly with me, in this way there is no delay in your booking. If booking through your Teacher please bear in mind that there will obviously be a delay in her sending in your requests.

Once a weekend is full I can put members on a waiting list, (I will always ask if you want for this to happen) and if places become available I offer them strictly in date order.

If filling in by hand please use capitals to fill in the form. It's important that you give the full names of the whole party; this is required by the hotels. Once the booking has been made all correspondence will be made directly to you in person.

Also please give me the class you attend and your Teacher's name. If not attending class then please provide your Association Number. I use this information to group members of one teacher/class together when giving the hotel rooming lists.

All cheques should be made payable to H. Jordan. Cheques can either be completed for all individuals in the group or one sent for the whole party.

Once you have downloaded the form you can print and fill it in by hand, OR for those who are a little more adept at using computers you can fill in the form on your computer using Microsoft Word or Works and print the completed form.
